Safe, Secure and Confidential:

The reality is that the most dangerous time for survivors/victims is when they leave the abusive partner; 75% of domestic violence related homicides occur upon separation. This is why it is the mission HLFCC offer a safe, secure and confidential emergency shelter.

Emergency Shelter:

HLFCC Emergency Shelter is an 8 room 30 bed facility for individuals and families who are victims of violence and abuse. Each room has its own bedroom, bathroom; there is a shared living room and kitchen, along with a separate play / study area for small children and teens. The shelter is staffed 24 hours a day and 365 days a year by trained advocates.
